"I was grateful 4 his ability to welcome me the first night, but I would have appreciated more honesT"

No breakfast or coffee offered. Proprietor appears unaware of the reality in his rooms. He made a couple of statements which turned out to be untrue (phone working/not working). He also told me when I asked after my first night that the second would be $85 and he made me give him back the key. So when I returned later the price went up to $100.

Coffee, breakfast. A proprietor good as his first word.

I like the separate room for my kids

The heat didn't work to well and room 103 bathroom ceiling leaks and keeps the floor wet
