I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Colombo and the overall experience was truly memorable. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. What made the stay even more special was the exceptional service from the staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Sachiiii, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and that we felt welcome throughout our visit. Her friendly attitude and genuine care for guests really stood out and made a big difference to our experience. It’s staff members like Ms. Sachiiii who make a hotel stay feel warm and personal. I truly appreciate her excellent hospitality and hope the management recognizes her great work. I would definitely recommend Ramada Colombo to anyone visiting Colombo and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Had a wonderful breakfast at Ramada. Special thanks to Ms. Amaya from the staff for her excellent service. She was very polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious and the breakfast experience was really enjoyable. Great hospitality and a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended! 😊
