Beautiful property. Very clean and location was perfect.

We paid for a room with a fireplace however it was non functioning. The front desk staff on our first day was exceptional however the staff the next few days were rude and dismissive. We were locked out of our room on day 2 and was told well its working now. The bed was bordering on comfortable but the mattress definitely needs replacing. Breakfast was not good and there were several children there that had free rein of the breakfast bar and no one to keep them in check.

Hotel building is beautiful.

The front desk staff take off at 9:00 pm. The shutdown hot water. Customer has no place to ask question or get help.
