Shilo Inn Suites Hotel - Killeen

This hotel could be so much better. We picked it because it was the only one in Killeen that had an indoor pool. We got there and the pool was closed due to a drain problem. The rooms were old and shabby and the front desk people depressed me.

I absolutely love this hotel and the staff is amazing . The manager Andria is awesome

Nothing old TVs and that Ed said they were serving breakfast for breakfast every morning and none of that was true and the TVs were very very old

The property was great

This was a quite hotel, but it was dated felt like I was living in the 90’s , the room was large but it felt like I was staying at an out dated motel, human DNA was everywhere, housekeeping definitely doesn’t know how clean a room properly, there was a dirty wash cloth left on the night stand! Human stains on carpet!, this place could be a nice hotel if they invest in the property!

Possibly look into updating televisions in all rooms. No HDMI connection as far as I saw

Needs some “tender lovin care” Pool doesn’t look inviting and the restaurant was closed. Hotel is large, not many customers but could be the time of year. Staff is very pleasant. We stayed here for the convenience from Military base and Killeen airport shuttle.
