Totally wonderful staff. Amazing modern light systems although took a little time to figure them out. Comfortable beds. Great Nespresso coffee in the room. Nice hot shower. A little much street noise but it’s on a main ambulance route and it’s city so should be expected.

I stayed at the Sofia Hotel a few days ago and was extremely disappointed. The property is very old, and the rooms are extremely small and outdated nothing like what is shown online. At the reception, there was a tall male employee who was disrespectful and had a very rude attitude, which made the experience even worse. Customer service was far below acceptable standards. The hotel advertises discounted prices, but it feels like a trap considering the condition of the property and the service provided. I specifically booked a room with 2 king beds, but upon arrival, I was given a room with 2 full-size beds, which is completely unacceptable and misleading. Based on the room quality, service, and overall experience, this hotel is worth no more than $100 per night at most. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
