The price mostly, that I could get at that time. It had a large bed and all appeared clean. I was impressed that they offered shampoo/condition without the usual chemicals re paraben. There were a few odd things in the room. We slept well and were able to shower. The fridge worked for when we needed it.

The room appeared damaged and not thought through. Bathroom sink in the bedroom which you couldn't use without spilling water on the floor. The WiFi worked but only after clicking on the password it activated the connect option. Water pressure in shower not great.

The room had roaches. It's was very unsanitary. There was hair in the bathtub, stains in and on toilet, mold in the freezer, mirrors wasn't clean and the floors wasn't swept. All around nasty
