Radisson Hotel Khajuraho

Had a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The highlight was definitely the food delicious, well-presented, and with great variety. Every meal was fresh and flavorful, and the service staff was courteous and attentive. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend this place for both stay and great food.

The location is perfect—convenient and close to major attractions, restaurants, and transport. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, welcoming, and well-maintained. I truly felt valued as a guest and would definitely return. This is the 2nd time, im dealing with a quite a bad experience at a Radisson property. The property is good, but its like a hotel only catering to government babus. I was at the hotel last week when there was a delegation from the ruling party staying there. The reception services and particularly the restaurant were only catering to them and didnt care a bit about individual travellers. Me and my wife along with a 3 year old had order simpe dal fry, jeera rice and rotis during lunch and it took the about an hour and a half to prep after frequent reminders. For everything including water required prompts, while every staff member would be surrounding like flies to where the Babus were seated. And this is not just me but there was one other elderly couple who had the same service. And that happened over the course of our stay, every meal we had there was same until we started ordering food from outside. Also the food m, the breakfast, a lot of items including the kachori, idli, etc was stale and tasted bad. If you order something at the live dosa/egg counter they will not follow orders. You say no chill inthe omlette for the kidi, they put a lot of crushed pepper. You ask them a soft dosa, it will. E the criapiest dosa ever, not what the kid can eat. Its a disaster on show to say the least. Make it a circuit house instead, catering to your elite clients. Even a local 2 star hotel will treat you better. Also the staff will lie on your face, theyll say your checkin time is 3 sir, while my voucher says 2. Also the funniest one, sandwich takes time sir as grilling takes quite a bit.

His guidance helped us plan our itinerary smoothly and made our visit very enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the overall service reflected true Radisson standards.
