Very authentic and well kept. More amenities than other bed and breakfast properties.

The perfect cozy bed and breakfast. Exceptional service! Love the vintage and Victorian vibe. Just wonderful for our 10th anniversary.

Loved the wrap around porch. We had an early picnic dinner one afternoon, sitting on the porch with wine, crackers and whitefish spread after a day of walking and shopping. The building is beautiful, inside and out. We had a large room with our own hot tub and a sitting/writing area.

We stayed in the top attic location, and it was a lovely escape. We were in Holland for a wedding, and it was maybe 20 minutes away by car and no traffic. This part of MI is extremely attractive in spring, and there's a winery not too far away which the owner of the B&B will get you 6-7 free tastings for. Chuck is super nice and they serve a great breakfast as a group (don't be late!) and respect food allergies or special requests. Parking is sufficient and there is a keyed touchpad to enter the front of the house at any hour. Everyone gets a room key, and if you leave it inside they have an extra available--just call or text Chuck. They stay on the property at the back bottom house. You never hear them. As far as the top unit, it's super charming, has a jacuzzi tub inside and a special little rotunda with AC and a fan. There is a separate AC in the bedroom, and a fake fireplace heater too. Overall 5/5 for experience.

We were at Kingsley House just over night but it was very pleasant and Chuck was very friendly and accommodating

We chose this bed and breakfast due to its proximity (15-minute drive) to Saugatuck. We were impressed! Great attention to detail, both in the presentation of decor and breakfast! The owner was warm and welcoming and we will definitely consider visiting again.

The Kingsley House has such a unique character and well maintained. I could see it in all the details taken to make it a great experience. Note: Expedia can book the inn; however, it is better to just call them directly. I do mean it when I say that they will take care of you even down to the little details such as chocolate covered strawberries. If you're ever in the area, plan your stay here. You might want to stay longer than you've planned.
