"Fair basic hotel near Rizal park"

Hotel located near Rizal park and a huge Robinsons Mall, with many-many food options. Jeepneys going in all directions right at the corner, the historical Intramuros district can be reached easily. Our room had a bit of oldschool vibe but was perfectly okay for a few days stay, enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

"Worst Hotel"

AVOID THIS HOTEL, THEY ARE SCAMMER. My sister booked two rooms, 1 room for 1 night and the other room is for 2 nights. They charged her for PHP 2000 for not her telling them that she left the other room. They are aware that she only booked 1 night for the other room. but they insist that she needs to let them know that she's leaving the other room. without doing it, they will automatically charge the guest for full price rate, which is very ridiculous and frustrating!! Front desk staff are the worst I've every encounter in my whole life. They're lack of communication to their guest, rude and unapologetic.

I highly recommend this hotel because it is very clean and the service is excellent. Their buffet breakfast has a lot of choices. It is just walking distance to Robinson’s Ermita and to a lot of other establishments. I would like to give extra credit to the receptionists because they were very accommodating and very helpful when we asked them about directions. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again.
