CHSéjour très décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Dès la réservation, la piscine extérieure était mise en avant (photos et description), mais à notre arrivée, elle n’était pas fonctionnelle, tout comme le spa. Aucune information préalable n’avait été donnée, alors que plusieurs clients nous ont confirmé avoir rencontré le même problème. C’est trompeur pour un établissement de ce standing. Une solution alternative nous a été proposée (accès à une autre piscine avec navette “prise en charge”), mais l’organisation a été très confuse : navette annoncée puis indisponible, informations contradictoires, puis obligation de se débrouiller par nos propres moyens, sans préciser que l’accès à l’autre piscine était payant. Nous avons donc dû payer le transport ainsi que l’entrée, ce qui n’avait pas été annoncé au départ. Concernant le spa, une employée a été très professionnelle et compréhensive, en nous expliquant que des mises à jour allaient être faites sur le site suite à plusieurs plaintes. À l’inverse, une autre personne du personnel nous a affirmé que tout était déjà indiqué depuis longtemps. Lorsque nous avons signalé que ces informations n’étaient pas mentionnées lors de notre réservation (captures d’écran à l’appui), les réponses du personnel étaient contradictoires et l’attitude adoptée totalement inappropriée. Le service global laisse à désirer : personnel souvent peu accueillant, informations imprécises voire contradictoires. Nous avions demandé des informations concernant un transfert aéroport-hôtel, et un tarif de 95 € nous a été communiqué. Nous avons décliné cette option. Malgré cela, à notre arrivée à l’aéroport, une personne a pris en charge nos bagages sans accord et nous a imposé un transport, en insistant pour que nous le suivions. La situation était inconfortable et nous n’avons pas réellement eu le choix, ce qui nous a finalement obligés à payer.
