Customer service was absolutely terrible and it was dirty

The hotel was dirty. The room smelled mist and was so dusty you could write on the furniture.

Remodeling was going on and pool was inoperable.

There is no water in the pool . It is empty . Great for a temporary pit stop for truckers and construction crews.

The room was very dirty. Crumbs and dirt all over the floor. Was it even cleaned?? Half a roll of toilet paper, scratchy towels and 2" of light under the door so I got to hear every noisy neighbor all night. I didnt bother to complain, since the rest of the property was equally run down. Will definitely not be back. Only good thing: the price. Get what you pay for.

In the pictures shows they have a pool but they had a pool but no water they should say pool is closed and there was no trash cans in room

no carpet on the floor - room not clean, mud on the floor - bed not clean, mud on the bed - if my guys were not so tired from working 10hrs+ in the sun all day they would have canceled and gone somewhere else - this place is now on the "DO NOT STAY" list.

I arrived to Temple late on Thursday, surprisingly most hotels were booked, so I called around, I booked ABV without looking it up. (Mistake) I had a bad feeling that worsened at each level Arriving the building looked like it had been battered by hail, ac units were exposed, and a group of illegal construction workers were drinking in chairs next to the entrance. After checking in I walked down a hallway which was under construction. Opening my the door to my room a musky smell hit my face. The room felt unclean, later I lifted the covers and farty smell filled the room. I decided to sleep with my clothes on. The next morning I showered I chose not to use their dingy wash cloths and used the soap and shampoo from my kit. I then realized there were no freaking towels and used the hand towel and dingy was cloths to dry. I will never stay at an Americas Best Value again!!!!

Roaches. Reeked of dead rat so badly that now all of my belongings are saturated with the smell. No trash can. Mold on ceilings. 2/5 lights didn't work (including the main light). No mattress cover for bed bugs. Worst of all though, the faulty microwave almost caught fire and the smoke detectors were UNPOWERED. This place is a major fire hazard! DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BURN ALIVE.
