Beliggenhet, (rett ved kjøpesenter og kort vei til restauranter og sentralt område) rent hotell, god frokost, hjelpsom og hyggelig personalet

Eneste minuset var at trikken lager litt bråk når den passerer.

"Tolles Hotel, gerne wieder!"

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, am Bahnhofsvorplatz. Die Altstadt und Essens- sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem waren die Zimmer total ruhig. Zimmergröße absolut ausreichend (2 Personen). Badezimmer verhältnismäßig schön groß. Personal absolut freundlich und sehr darauf bedacht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Parken recht teuer, dafür direkt im Parkhaus des Hauses mit dem Aufzug erreichbar.

Die Lage zur Altstadt ist genial,aber für die Erkundung der Stadt muß man doch noch weite Wege gehen.

Die Parkgarage , die von der Hauptstraße eigentlich durch simples Rechtsabbiegen zu erreichen sein sollte, wurde von mehreren Elektro-Stadtrundfahrtbobycars blockiert. Wir mussten mehrere Runden durch die Stadt drehen, weil wir in die Tiefgarage nicht einfahren könnten. PS. Die Reception hatte freie Sicht auf den Vorplatz und ist nicht eingeschritten. Bei dem Verkehr in Krakau war das eine Zumutung, zumal wir mit 2 Fahrzeugen angereist sind !!!

Die Lage ist optimal, das Frühstück sehr gut.Das Personal immer freundlich.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel wieder wählen.

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.
