The facility is very well-maintained. Clean, quiet, very spacious. Convenient to the local tourist attractions.

Watch your belongings closely at this hotel!!! I waited to write this review, hoping the manager would answer my many, many calls. We were so happy to book this hotel, and our stay was nice until my teen daughter accidentally left her iPad and IPencil in the room near the outlet at the rear of the sofa bed where she had charged it. We checked out that day and visited the cave. We hadn't left the area yet, so we went back in person a few hours later to the hotel figuring it would have been turned in by housekeeping or still in the room. The girl at the front desk said they didn't have it, and that a family with three little girls just checked into the room. She said they stepped out (later said they were in the pool). She phoned us later to tell us she spoke to them and they checked and it wasn't there. The front desk girl called us from her personal phone...strange. The family that checked in had very young girls...I saw them by the pool. I strongly believe housekeeping would have seen the iPad. I was hoping the manager would ask housekeeping if they ever turned it in the the front desk. That would indicate a lot. Especially if they did, and it went missing from there. We called Apple and the police. The ipad will never be released for operation from our account.

Perfect location for Mammoth Caves touring - approx 15-20 min drive to the visitor center. A few places to eat very close by. Hotel was totally adequate. Not the cleanest, but nothing that was majorly unclean either. Indoor pool kept the kids happy. Breakfast was fine - a few options plus a waffle maker. Easy access to the highway. Solid choice for the not-super-picky traveler.

Great location for a stop during travel.

I give this hotel an average grade because although it was clean , it left something to be desired, air conditioner filters were almost clogged with lint ,which impeded air flow in room, for one thing. The have a policy of only replacing towels every third day ,which I didn't like, I went to desk for fresh towels which they gave me with no hassle. Not their fault but next door wall banging and baby crying bothered me ,that was just for one night thankfully. The staff was friendly and polite and professional.

Easy check in. Our kids had a room next door and breakfast was good.

No room service for a 4 night stay. Told us on 2nd day we needed to request it, so we did..still no service. Had to get our towels everyday. With pool towels there was a huge stack when we left. Breakfast was ok, but same few items everyday.

Beds were comfy. Our room was clean. Breakfast was so so, what I expected. Nice easy drive to Mammoth Cave. Quite a few dining options close by. I would stay here again.

We stayed here the night before visiting Mammoth Caves National Park. The rooms were clean, friendly staff. Very limited exercise room. Convenient location - good Mexican restaurant across the street; Cracker Barrel and McDonalds on the same side.
