Property was great and clean

Pool and Wifi was closed for maintenance during our stay.

The AC unit in our room did not work. Could not find anyone to help.

Overall, everything was very good. The only downside was that there was no Wi-Fi in the room, and I had to pay extra for the service through my cell phone.

Convenient location.

Started stay with one towel. Had to ask housekeeper for more. Ended stay by running out of toilet paper. Linens and bathrooms could use some updating.

I had to request to be moved to a rentable room. The first one had a broken cord on the phone. Front desk does Not answer the phone when you call. There is only one person at a time staffing the front desk. You need to go down yourself to try to find someone for help. The lobby was empty of any staff. I started yelling hello to see if I would heard. I finally knocked on the laundry door. Our towels were not replaced nor trash empties the second day we were there. The air conditioner did not cool in the first room we had reserved. Thankfully, the only person I ever saw in the three nights we stayed was very accommodating and courteous. He moved us to a rentable room that was comfortable in temperature. I would recommend pillows not be bunched up into little balls by the cleaning staff. The bed presentation is not inviting the way the pillows look visually. The towels are dingy and frayed. I recommend a total refresh there. Only one bath towel one washcloth and a hand towel, possibly two are provided. That makes no sense when they were informed two adults were renting the room. Only three pillow per bed are provided, which also makes no sense. I can say that overall the hotel was clean and fresh. Thank you to Enrique who had to correct every issue we had.

Staff was very nice. The hotel is very clean.

Room temperature was awful in both rooms that I booked. Had to run to Walmart for fans because hotel did not have any available to accommodate the guests.
