The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and exudes a warm, homely atmosphere. The spacious bathroom was a delightful surprise. The breakfast was outstanding, especially Lydia's homemade granola and yogurt. The peaceful location provides a perfect setting to unwind after a busy day.

Honestly, everything was excellent. I can't think of anything that could have been better.

"The inn takes you back to Revolutionary War history with elegance"

You feel like you are living 300 years ago but with all the conveniences of modern day. The breakfasts and Lydia the innkeeper were superb.

They have streaming tv which i could not get to work so I went fine without tv for three days. They could use more comfortable outside sitting

Great hospitality and really nice host. Building is historic so the floors creak and the shower is a bathtub but otherwise a great stay. Breakfast was amazing- totally gourmet/ and the bed was comfy. Really appreciated the host accommodating my late checkin.

The breakfast is phenomenal! Additionally, the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Lydia is welcoming and kind. It is very easy to get into the city!

One-night stay at halfway point to our final destination. Great choice of accommodation : small, cozy, beautiful, clean and comfortable with AC! Lydia the innkeeper/ chef had everything organized for our late check-in so everything went smoothly after our long 5 + hour drive . The bed was great, breakfast was delicious. Lydia is wonderful. Spending the night in such a beautiful place was delightful!

Lydia was so informative about places to eat and see, and details about the inn. Loved the breakfast, you had choices of gluten free, and vegetarian. It was so delicious and elegant.
