Armagh City Hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant served delicious food :)

The hotel is well situated, and is lovely. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the girls in the Callan bar. It was great having the swimming pool as well with the sauna and jacuzzi.

Location was excellent, the rooms were clean and beds very comfortable, the quality and quantity of the food both for breakfast and dinner was excellent

The only issue I had was a certain barman blanked me 3 times despite serving customers I was standing beside, 3 times he ignored me even tho the bar was quiet when I approached the bar. Then he eventually had the audacity to ask me was I getting sorted after another member of staff served me. “ my response to him was Eventually “ He needs to brush up on his customer service skills. Every other member of staff in the hotel were welcoming and friendly.

We had a very lovely stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in our room, but the staff handled everything quickly and kindly and gave us another room straight away. We were celebrating our son’s Confirmation, and the card and cookies left for him were such a thoughtful touch — they made him so happy! The food was also absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed every meal during our stay. We really appreciated the excellent service and warm atmosphere throughout our stay.
