It had a great view, didn’t like that there wasn’t staff all night, I felt as I got the rating room. I wanted the jacuzzi room not the jacuzzi out side when it’s the beginning of fall. Probably just a misunderstanding idk I’ll pay attention next time when booking

"Excellent"

This is a gorgeous property and setting, and has the potential for being a five. BUT, we had several problems. First, there was no one at the desk for an hour after we arrived to check in. Second, the hot tub in the room was broken. Third, there was no extra toilet paper, had to go searching around the corridors to find some, no staff in sight. Finally, the bistro was closed "for the season". In my mind, Labor Day weekend is very much still the season.

The View from our room was Amazing but that was it, the hot tub was just a small tub that looked as though the water has never been changed or properly balanced, the button to turn off the jets/heater did not work so it ran almost the entire night, the carpets in the room were stained and we were not provided soap until we asked the front desk,No air Conditioning, fridge or microwave in room just a common area for everyone to use, i took my husband there for his birthday and it was very disappointing and we would rather camp before returning to this Inn.
