La Quinta by Wyndham Fairbanks Airport

Thank you, we had an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and neat. Very close to a lot of attractions and easy drive. Thank you!

Prices for the rooms were very high in price, and on the small side, but it was peak season. This hotel is not close to anything but the airport. We rented a car, so we didn't mind. Breakfast was ample, with hot and cold items, waffle maker, etc. Wonderful quality of linens!! We had no heat the first night, so they gave us a space heater. We asked to move and they said they didn't have another room for us, but by 8am the next morning they did, which we found odd. We did get them to comp the room. Staff is very nice and helpful. They have a shuttle to the Train Depot (main reason we stayed there), and a shuttle to airport too.

The sink in the room was clogged and smelled. The bathroom, which is handicapped accessible; was filthy.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The staff hate their job and were miserable! The tub was broken and dirty. We stayed there for 3 days and got our room cleaned once. The morning we left there was no hot water. The hotel is close to the airport but I wouldn’t stay there again!

Property had more than adequate parking. This one particular shuttle driver not only drove us from the airport to the hotel, but also later recommended a nearby excellent restaurant for 3 family members by driving us to it. He also had offered us to drive us back to the hotel after a late lunch. But we instead had walked back to the hotel. The following day, he drove us to enterprise for a rental car at the airport. Great service.

The room was a little small, but the staff was amazing!!!
