"I only stay at Auckland Harbour suits when I visit."

I love the security. The location and the lovely lady who was working this weekend 06/06/26 was very accommodating to our needs. We arrived earlier than expected and she allowed us to do all of our paperwork. So we wouldn't have to do that at 2pm check in. We just got our key cards and started our stay. This is the second time we have stayed here and I will be staying again.

We had a top floor, and the tiles on the balcony were quite slippery. The view was lovely but the tiles just had no grip.

Parking was safe and close to the lifts! 24hr staff made thing so easy if you need something! Rooms are spacious, clean, beds comfortable and the view of the Skycity was amazing! 🤩 location perfect! Washing machine and dryer was a great touch!

Toilet too close to the bath tub but manageable.

Facility’s were nice.

I was never returned my bond, even though nothing was damaged during our stay. I also reserved parking which I was then told upon arrival was not available.

"Did the job."

The location was great for central Auckland. 2 minute walk to supermarket and shops. Nice eateries a couple of minutes walk.

It wasn't very clean, the floors needed and good vacuum and the shower tiles were not great. Some of it was due to the apartment being quite old - which is fair - but could have done with a decent clean all over. The room was smaller than expected.
