Location and staff

The pool was so cloudy we didn’t want to swim in it. There were ants under both beds. There was a broken window that they covered with a couch but it was accessible for anyone to touch it on the outside.

"Very Pleased with my stay "

Stayed a Couple od Days .Whole Inn was Clean and neatly kept .Romm was very nice big bed lots of pillows all the amenities including coffee ready to be brewed which was appreciated after a long trip.Customer Service was excellent very nice people quick easy check in.They are pet friendly and serve a continental breakfast for hungry guests to enjoy .They have a gym too.The inn is close to many restaurants and shopping stores .I highly recommend them.and will be seeing the again very soon.

The room was great, the property is kept clean, the pool and spa are perfect to relax and a beautiful view of the mountain!

The mini fridge couldn’t keep up with the amount of stuff we had in it. But there was unlimited free ice for the cooler so it wasn’t an issue!!

It was out dated needs to be cleaned the ac didn’t hardly work was leaking the tv speaker was busted the fridge an microwave was dirty had mold on it carpet was dirty the pool was very cloudy the whole place in general needs to be cleaned an the property wouldn’t be so bad I think most of the people there lives there cussing an fighting every night want be staying there again

"I really don’t have no bad complaints"

It appears to be upgraded a lot since our last visit, pool and hot tub was open. Great customer service, covered our needs.

Not enough towels or toilet paper in room, no light bulb in lamp. Had to ask front desk. Room had a stale closed up oder, could have been freshened up. Pool area and ground around buildings could use some tidying up.
