Très bon emplacement - calme Personnel très agréable et serviable ( à l écoute et de bons conseils)

Le petit déjeuner = prestataire médiocre qui se disperse - penser à privilégier la qualité +++ à la diversification. ( fruits et légumes médiocres et abîmés) et quantité - vous pourriez ainsi faire des économies et des heureux

This is a perfectly located hotel. Right in the centre of Krakow with pretty much everything we needed within walking distance. There’s a huge shopping mall right over the street, loads of bars, restaurants and everything else you may need. Check in for the hotel is over the road and there is a gate that locks at night. You must enter a code to get into the parking area, which added a safety barrier to staying in the centre. Free parking was also available right outside our rooms. Rooms were slightly outdated, small and simple but had everything we needed, bathroom, bed, wardrobe, hairdryer etc. The heating was always on which was perfect in such freezing temperatures. If your looking for a fancy hotel this is definitely not your place to stay but If simple and convenient is what your looking for this is perfect. Travelling back to krakow next year and will be staying here again!

J'ai trouvé, hélas, que le matelas dans la chambre 1 était de très mauvaise qualité. Trop mou et trop "fatigué". Je vous conseille de le changer le plus vite possible. A part ça, RAS

Ottima posizione, pulizia ottima , posto molto discreto e silenzioso . personale gentilissimo.

Di mettere 2 caffè solubili ,thè, latte solubile almeno 1 a persona per ogni giorno di soggiorno.
