Very clean. From the parking lot to the lobby to our room. From front desk, housekeeping always are smiling and acknowledging you. Keep up the good work. And like you do all the time, keep smiling and definitely would stay here again.

When we checked in I asked for a ground level room. The lady was very nice but they must already assign rooms and just acted like oh well looks like you’re in 210 and didn’t even check to see if we could get a ground floor room. It’s a non smoking hotel but the room smelled terrible of stale smoke. Enough so that we went to Walmart to purchase a candle. Very few outlets, some that didn’t even work. One that turned of the power to the outlet that the tv and lamp were plugged into.
