None of the pictures posted online represent the establishment at all. I have stayed at Rodeway .others that are better. Instead of America's best it should be America's worst. I have plenty of pictures to post bit this site for some reason doesn't give me the option to post them. Probably because the owner doesn't want them posted. Only positive I can say is the bed was clean except for to red stains on comforter which could have been blood or red paint but honestly looked more like blood. Clumps of hair still on the wall of the shower and every single door handle was completely covered in painted tape from what appears when they painted the room. Chair in the room was disgustingly stained and dark dirty to the point I wouldn't sit in it. I could go on but pictures also tell the truth. Ask and I will send them. Loud music in the morning woke us up and the full garbage bag sitting right outside our door just sums this place up. Others complain about loud music and it happened to us as well so believe it. Shady people hanging around outside late at night. Won't be back here ever.

"Not worth the money"

For the amount of money we paid I expected a nicer hotel. The hotel is run down and not kept up at all. The beds are HORRIBLE. I almost fell off the bed twice because it throws you to the outside when you move.

Both the night staff & day staff were Amazing!!! It's just too bad that they work for the worst property in the City of Forest Mississippi!!! That whole place needs to be torn down. I had a 3 night stay. Paid $264.00 but I checked out after 1 night!!!! This place was grimmy, dingy and required a complete 💯 overhaul. There is no way they should still be in business!!!! And the parking lot was flooded. The paint was peeling off the ceiling. And I had no ideal what the stains were in the carpet and on the wall. I thought I was in the gates of Hell!!!!
