"Stay ok, check out and customer service terrible"

Stay was good, check out and charges have been terrible. The property has charged me twice, for different amounts then what is on my receipt from Hotel.com. I tried to rectify this with the resort upon check out and with Hotels and no one can give me an answer.

"Exceptional"

We had a lovely, comfortable room. The WiFi was spotty, off and on. The parking was limited at times. Landscaping and views were wonderful. The linen exchange was questionable, a fee for clean towels. No housekeeping service during our 4 day visit.

"Excellent"

Two night stay and I had to pay extra to be able to have coffee the second morning. The condo smelled musky and the AC was locked at 70°.

"Good"

Nice room and larger than expected but the mattress was terrible and very uncomfortable. The staff said they would bring us a mattress pad but they never did. We won’t stay here again because neither my husband or I got any sleep due to the mattress. I will say though the shower was amazing and large!!

We liked the compact studio apartment we had. Everything we needed was there. Close to everything. Nice, peaceful, quiet. Would definitely be back.

Listing should note that there is a somewhat narrow spiral staircase to the loft of this property. Persons with physical disabilities might have problems going up and down.

"Great location for exploring local area"

Great location. Close access to the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway which was beautiful. We also did an ATV forest tour from a nearby location. Included bike hire for the duration of the stay which were great for cycling around Sunriver area and down by the river. The property was on the ground floor, and had a patio that looked straight out onto a golf course, and pine trees.

Nothing really. The bed was.a pull down but was comfortable and gave us more space.
