We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The hotel was a block from the Ocean Grove beach, and a block and a half the other way from the shopping/restaurant district. The historic hotels, guest houses and houses were extraordinarily beautiful and interesting.

The room was a little small. But everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was great and the location delightful.

Nice traditional hotel. Comfortable room (if a little tight on space). Very helpful staff and well located on seafront with shops and restaurants close by.
