The location is very good if you arrive this area with car.

My shower didn’t work well, and the staff knew this before. They didn’t fixed it until I left and in some point the lady from the reception told me that I was the problem because se want to change my room but I was far from the hotel in this point. Also, I receive the bed with our cover for the cushions. Very disappointed after i was coming back to this hotel for the second time.

La disponibilità della Reception nello spiegarmi dove si trovano le cose più salienti da vedere. Per esempio io non avevo programmato di vedere l'eremo delle carceri,ma su consiglio di una sign.ra della reception sono andato e là mi sembrava di respirare una spiritualità mai provata.. Grazie!

Reception sorridente, gentilissima e competente! Ci ha anche suggerito la sera dell'arrivo, un ristorante vicino convenzionato, dove ci siamo trovati benissimo! Camera molto bella, silenziosa e pulitissima (avevamo la 41). Posizione strategica a due passi dall'ingresso della città! Parcheggio in loco, comodissimo. Colazione super ! Che dire! Torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo tornati in questo hotel con piacere e abbiamo avuto la conferma dell'ottima scelta. Ottima posizione vicina al centro di Assisi. Comodissimo l'accesso con l'auto direttamente nel parcheggio dell'hotel. Hotel molto pulito. Colazione soddisfacente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
