Convenient for getting to Utilita Stadium, clean room, helpful staff.

The walls were quite thin so we could hear everything in hallways and rooms nearby. The water pressure was very poor.

The staff were superbly accommodating and actively helpful in this small, unassuming hotel on the outskirts of Birmingham. Location and easy parking were perfect for my needs, as was the cost of the stay. Late check-out at no extra cost was a bonus.

The pillows were surprisingly hard as logs, and sound (sneezing!) penetrated from adjoining rooms. Not bad enough to be a disturbance though.

We attended CRUFTS event - great location; nice staff in the hotel

Over priced due to the event. Car parking - far away. Drop off luggage from car at the hotel entrance was allowed, but hotel parking area is in app 8-10 min walking distanace. Parking fee for 2-nights stay was overpriced , charged price was 45 GBP

Very nice and helpful hotel staff!

There could be also a small pillow to chose - not only the very big ones.
