From the moment I stepped onto the property, it was all love—greeted like a long-lost family member, welcomed with warmth and energy that made me feel like royalty. The views? Second to none—every angle a perfect, cinematic backdrop worthy of Instagram royalty. The room and every common space are masterfully designed, marrying timeless sophistication with modern flair. Every staff member, from top to bottom, delivered excellence with effortless charm, going above and beyond at every turn. The restaurants? Divine. The beach scene? Chic and serene. Drinks? Perfection. Service? Impeccable. Being here feels like a modern-day Monaco moment—DiCaprio mingling with Sophia Loren, Princess Grace, and the icons of a golden era. Borgo Santandrea is not just a hotel—it’s an experience, a mood, and a slice of paradise I will absolutely return to.

Borgo is exceptional! Such a unique property that is beautiful, modern and centrally located on the Amalfi coast. The service is top notch, the breakfast is amazing, the staff are extremely welcoming and cater to your every need.

Staying at Borgo Santandrea offered a new perspective of the Amalfi coast experience. The hotel is gorgeous, recently renovated and everything sparkles tastefully. The property is midway between Amalfi and Positano, on the water, so away from the bustle of the crowds. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food experience is incredible. Maurizio, the owner and general manager, is always nearby, keeping a charming and graceful halo over the experience. I can’t wait to return!

We had the privilege of staying at Borgo Santadrea for our honeymoon, and what an amazing decision it was. It could not have been more special! It's not by chance that this is considered to be one of the "The World's 50 Best Hotels" despite the fact that it is still a quite new hotel (less than 5 years) It’s difficult to praise everything that was extraordinary here, but the best for us was unquestionably the staff. Everyone was so nice! From the beach club, the Spa, the PT, to the kitchen and restaurant staff, chef and lobby. It didn’t take long until we were feeling at home. From the breakfast welcome of Antonio and Fernando, until the whole team at Marinella, and specially the Manager & Owner Maurizio who was present throughout the whole stay and making sure everything was beyond well - you can definitely see the touch of Maurizio everywhere as the hotel is just extraordinary in every aspect. We also had the outstanding experience of having a cooking class with Chef Andrea at the Alici kitchen (1 Michelin Star), which we really recommend! You also won’t find a better beach setup at the Amalfi coast. The whole hotel is the definition of unpretentious luxury, and after some hours here you can’t help it but feel at home here. Nothing to say really!

This must be the best hotel on the Amalfi coast and one of the top hotels in the whole of Italy. It is a modern, family-owned property (renovated in the last 5 years I think) that exudes cool design and discrete luxury. Built on top of a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean, you enter on the top floor and then descend through the hotel and down to the private beach. There are two restaurants (a beach trattoria and a fine dining restaurant that doubles as the breakfast restaurant). The food and service are excellent (they particularly pride themselves on the breakfast offering). There’s a 24 hour gym stocked with new technogym equipment. Our room was spectacular, with amazing views over the Mediterranean. The room was cleaned thoroughly in the morning and the maid came again in the evenings to sort the bathroom, turn down the bed etc. Maintenance deserves to be mentioned; the hotel is spotlessly clean and obviously well maintained. I have travelled widely and visited many great hotels, but this has to be the best I have ever stayed in.
