My primary concern for this property was that it is limited in terms of amenities, and it was not cleaned very well. My niece pointed out that the rooms on the site looked good. But, the rooms we were given were the least amenable. My bathroom attached to my room was not cleaned. From the standpoint of a hotel in the middle of Seminyak, it was beautiful. But that’s about it.

The staff were very friendly. The reception staff let my kids feed the koi fish, which they loved. Clean pool, Rooms were cleaned well and at convenient times. The enclosed villas bring a great area for the kids to play in and have meals, etc, rather than making a mess in the rooms. The size of the rooms is ideal and caters for all.

Breakfast is delicious, but more variety is needed, bacon and sausages would be very much appreciated. Dirty Mosquito net in the room. Not enough pool towels for use daily, more pool chairs needed, cocktail and drinks service with happy hours for the pool area would be ideal with an active staff member. This would also raise money for the hotel and staff. Room 106 needed a side entry door handle installed. The mosquito nets need to be washed. Toilet seat secured. The bath drain is slightly blocked. A water filter/ pump for the pond, maybe more fish. We saw 1 tiny fish struggling as the water isn't oxygenated or filtered. This would reduce bugs/mosquitoes and add a pleasant feature to the room for little cost. Would love an adjustable height shower for the bath/shower as it's way too low for tall people. Room 107, the aircon is full of dust and needs a cleanout to be in good working order and seal behind the aircon indoor unit so lizards and mice do not enter. Darker curtains would be ideal to block morning sun. The bathroom was ideal, but the stairs going up to the top villa rooms need a rail mounted for patron/staff safety, essential when wet.

The authentic Balinese architecture the grounds and gardens were lovely . The pool was great all the staff were really nice and friendly

Balinese style accommodation, comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good fair selection on offer fills the spot. Pool on the smaller side but nice comfortable area. Location say 10mins walk to double six, central enough for our needs.

Rooms were lovely, very clean and huge. Local to everything and staff were very welcoming and helpful

Close to airport

We only had one night here. Very dated property and not much up keep. Area a bit sketchy, especially at night. Friendly lady at breakfast, breakfast was ok. Nothing to get excited about. Pool nice enough.
