Amazing service and very clean and Corona friendly!

The room is on the 4th floor without elevator, and on the check in I discovered that the price is higher because I need to pay vat, so the price is very high with everything for what we get

The pool was closed ,we were told it will be fixed the next day. It was still closed so we left .the condition of the facilities is very bad, the room was not clean. we found other people stuff in the furniture.the bathroom was flooded when we showered.nothing to do inside the hotel ...

Within an hour of booking Israel Ramon Inn, I realized the site had reverted to a January date rather than the March date I needed. I emailed the hotel. I emailed Hotel.com and then called. I was promised a resolution in 24 hours. Apparently that resolution was the hotel was unresponsive as I never heard another word.

Quite expensive for a very basic hotel that has outdated facilities and decor. Breakfast was quite good but a lot of the cooked food was too salty.

very good hotel highly recommend for family , the only problem is that no elevator is exist and we got 3 floor room thanks

The overall experience was ok. The hotel employees were very helpful and friendly. The pool is very nice and the hotel is in an excellent location. However, the hotel is not in the best conditions (the rooms especially look old). The beds are uncomfortable and not especially clean. The dishes in the kitchen were not well washed and the sheets and cloths had several stains. There is no elevator and on the stairs, there were boxes of sheets and bags that made it very uncomfortable and dangerous to walk there. In the room's description, it says that there is a microwave, but there was none. The manager was friendly and got one for us. The power went out at least 4 times. They took care of it very quickly when we complained but still was very annoying. It was not the best experience for a family vacation.

After visiting hundreds of hotels worldwide, I don't believe I was encountering such a bad offering anywhere!!! and I certainly didn't write this kind of review in more than 10 years I am using Hotels.com!!! It started that we didn't get the suite we ordered (We ordered a 50sqm suite and got 28sqm suite that we paid more than 400USD a night!! the most un-cost effective I have ever met!), then it happens to be on the 4th floor with no elevator!! The website and the receptionist didn't bother to mention it or to offer help with the luggage and gave us wrong directions, so we were carrying all our staff to 4th floor and down again.....Her superior (Xenia) refused to apologize. On top of all these issues, there were some additional small staff that just get you very bothered (The A/C wasn't responsive and it was either too hot or cold, the pool is open for 8 hours daily, they didn't have an extra chair when we asked for, we waited 15 minutes on the line to the coffee in the morning....world record!!, the light in corridor on the pool table was broken, the room wasn't clean even after noon time.....). I think Expedia needs to ask themselves 3 big questions: 1. Why do they call the room suite while it is hardly an apartment (The hotels website call it apartment). 2. Why the description on the website do not fit the one the guests get 3. How this kind of hotel get a review of 8.2? I must say the only positive thing was the efforts and understanding of Yossi Levy the manager!
