Great location, wonderful service, clean & well equipped rooms. Would help to have a fee more English channels on the TV.

A thoroughly enjoyable 2 week break with everything I needed from hotel accommodation except ---maybe a minor matter,---the sun never shone on the swimming pool, because it was totally surrounded by the hotel building.

Great hotel in pleasant Quaram Beach area near to (but not on) the beach with some shops and restaurants near by. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and the hotel and rooms werespotelssly clean and comfortable. Pool is small, but is kept nice and warm so feels almost like being in a giant Jacuzzi. Particularly pleasant in the evening after a long day. All in all a great stay and difficult to find any faults with this hotel.

This hotel is situated really well for the beach. The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient especially the Reception staff, Ganesh and Saged, they couldn't do enough for us; lovely welcoming people. The room was spacious with a really comfortable king sized bed. The swimming pool though quite small was warm and the Gym was well equipped. The restaurant staff were great but the food was somewhat expensive. However there are many restaurants nearby. I can thoroughly recommend this Hotel

Terrible property i walked out early even though i had paid for the full stay, there is no way this is a 4 star hotel , possibly 2 star at best. The maintenance isn't good , the fire door in my room was missing the intumescent seal , the bathroom has cracks , the window locked and the room very dark due to film at the windows There are much better options in Muscat

Staff were smart, pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was a little expensive but fresh, good choices and well presented. Swimming pool was small but the beach is only 20 so not a problem Very good overall experience

Clean Hotel. You Can Use it in case you are going for a fast Business trip. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast there anyhow

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to almost everything including the beach. The staff is friendly and the place is very quiet.
