Quality Inn Clermont West Kissimmee

Thank you, great stay!

For a one night stay, it was a good enough place to lay my head. The room was pretty clean but all metal in the room was old and rusted. The beds were old and uncomfortable. Carpet was old and torn. “Breakfast” wasn’t even worth trying to eat.

Upon entering the room I encountered a bad odor. I step back out immediately and went into my car and after a few minutes I went back in and I knew I couldn’t stay there. I booked another hotel across the road and cancel my stay there the following day. It was a wet musky smell in the room.

This has to be the worst hotel ever! The service is rude and always blaming the customer for their lack of service and disrepair. They offer guest emergency kits and they did not want to bother to provide said advertised materials with rudness. The hotel is not even a 1 star and it is advertised falsely like a 3.5 star hotel. It dirty and musty. They keep the AC off when not rented. They are cheap giving a really bad smell of the rooms for ashtmatic person like me. THe toilets did not work and key keeps breaking down. For their advertised 3.5 star is totally false deceptive and fradulent practice.

The lobby and breakfast area were dark, turn lights on. Was to dark with lights on to read my Bible

It wasn’t very clean and smelled pretty bad.

Upon check in we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to check us in and there was no one in the lobby. The maintenance guy had to chase down the desk clerk. This was a non-smoking hotel the first room they put us in smelt like somebody smoked 20 packs of cigarettes that stale cigarettes smoke wafted out at us. It was horrible, they changed rooms for us and the hotel was practically empty. I think my husband and I were the only guest there the last day we were there I found a bedbug in the bed. I won’t stay there again.
