Hotel was great

Hotel was clean and in a convenient location. The staff was accommodating as it was pouring rain, was able to get a later checkout.

The customer service was poor at check-in. The room was dirty and outdated. The price for the area was good

I stayed 2 nights and while the room is spacious in a great location the hotel needs some special attention which I brought to the desk clerk attention. I encountered a few problems. It was hard accessing my room with the key, the refrigerator was not clean, there was stains in my room carpet, the bathroom has a roach problem, and the daytime staff (desk clerk woman and breakfast attendant) is not friendly to guest. When I went to the desk to ask for another room the desk clerk lady seemed a little short with me when i expressed my concern for another room due to the roach issue. I spilled some syrup amd she told me to knock on the door in the breakfast and ask for a mop. Customer service is definitely at its worse at this property.

I question whether or not this property has bedbugs. It was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting and the front desk worker was rude with an attitude. Too many other options to stay to ever pick this

Room was very dirty. Sheets and linen were dirty /stained. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Door warped. Sink wouldn’t drain.

Check-In and Room Assignment: We requested adjoining rooms for our family of six but were told none were available. However, upon arrival, we found that our rooms were indeed connected, causing unnecessary confusion. Maintenance and Cleanliness: Both rooms had bathroom issues: one toilet was clogged, and the other had a broken handle causing continuous running. The front desk offered a plunger, as maintenance was unavailable. Additionally, we found red hair in the shower, and the drain was malfunctioning, leading to water accumulation. Customer Service: The staff’s response was inadequate, offering room changes that didn’t meet our needs and failing to address key card malfunctions promptly. Conclusion: Poor communication, unresolved maintenance issues, and cleanliness concerns made our stay unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this hotel to families seeking a comfortable experience.

We liked the room . A great set up for 2 adults & 4 kids. The Continental Breakfast was lacking. Adult cereal not kid friendly, the scrambled eggs were scrambled to mini mini pieces - hard to stay on fork, thebreakfast sausage was over cooked & hard to cut with a plastic knife & fork , only 1 waffle machine work !
