They didn't have our room done on time. The room wasn't done clean I'll ng til 5 pm, small packet of shampoo and only 2 towels for 4 people. Other then that it was a nice motel.

Was ten miles from MO state fair so was very convenient. Manager fixed our reservation to meet our needs. Shauna was very friendly and showed us where breakfast things were and kept checking to see that we had all we needed. Pool and laundry facilities were a nice bonus. It was quiet although busy. I was very pleased and would stay there again. Ice machine was excellent. If you're looking for an inexpensive place that is conveniently located and has a pool; this is it.

Mimi the manager is extremely kind and professional. Kevin is very friendly and extremely helpful no mater what you neeed or when . Shannon keeeps your room clean and is there 24/7 for anything you need. She pays attention to what you like such as breakfast interest etc and makes sure that is available. Wow what a crew! We have stayed at a number of hotels as we travel a lot for business as well as pleasure and this one is tops since the price is so reasonable and the staff so great. They really try hard to suit any and all of your needs. They are like family and really make you feel at home. Great coffee and continental breakfast every morning . What else can i say this place made our stay and job go a lot smoother. We will be sure to stay here again when in the area! Thanks to Mimi, Shannon, and Kevin. !!!

Room was not cleaned the second day we had to request fresh towels none were brought I think they were understaffed and not ready to accommodate the amount of people that were there for the weekend

Our toiled was broke and needed to be flushed by hand. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. Since it was just an overnight stay we went ahead and stayed. When I went to the front desk in the morning to tell them about the problems that needed fixed. I was told the desk clerk was sleeping. We choose not to eat the continental breakfast. Even though you couldn’t smoke in your room, they clearly allowed it in the eating area it was very unappetizing.

The hotel and staff were great, my only complaint is with Hotels.com, they never sent my reservations request to the hotel and when we got there at 9pm we were lucky that the hotel did have a few rooms left. Traveling from West Virginia to Missouri over Memorial weekend we don't know what we would have done if there hadn't been any available rooms at the hotel. I give the hotel a thumbs up, but Hotels. com a thumbs down.

It is not a luxury hotel but Mimi was very accommodating and gave us a very clean room in the back. Room was clean and quiet. I would stay there again .
