Please note, guests must present the Booking.com confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guests first and last name. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Hotel bom e muito bonito mas precisa melhorar nos detalhes"

O hotel é muito bom mas alguns detalhes precisam melhorar. Durante a estadia ficamos sem água no hotel por 1 dia.. Os pedidos demoravam mais de 2 horas. Quando entramos no quarto pela primeira vez, o banheiro não estava limpo. Não tem elevador e tem escadas para acesso a piscina. Faltaram cadeira, mesa e guarda sol para todos os hospedes na piscina. Os pontos positivos foram a ceia que teve boa comida e uma banda incrível, os funcionários se esforçam para atender bem, a limpeza é ok nos quartos e em todos os ambientes, estacionamento coberto, área da piscina é muito agradável, toalhas de piscina disponiveis, comida e drinks muito bons e o dia todo. Almoço e jantar muito bons. Além disso, o hotel é muito bonito, parece uma casa de fazenda antiga.

Falta de elevador, escada para acesso a piscina, banheiro feminino da piscina sem trancas, falta de água por muitas horas,. O restaurante fechado na noite do dia 01/01/2026, pedidos atendidos somente no quarto e cardapio reduzido. Faltam cadeira, mesa e guarda sol na piscina.

Piscina é a única coisa que faz a gente escolher este hotel

Instalação é antiga! As tomadas nao são as padrões atuais e por coincidência eles vende um adaptador por 70 reais ! Não tem tomada próximo a cama e o ar-condicionado é pequeno, ele nao dá conta de gelar o quarto neste calor
