Nothing really, it suited our needs and found it good value

I didn't stay for breakfast but the staff were incredibly helpful and the location was excellent, right in front of the Tower of Pisa park.

Everything for fine for the price.

The location was directly opposite the Tower with the main square, lots of restaurants in very close proximity and the smaller train station less than a 10 minute walk (didn't use the buses). Breakfast was continental (would have been nice if there was a toaster provided) but there as plenty of rolls, fresh bread, etc. Our room was very comfortable, good AC and a very large bathroom.

Unfortunately there were a number of guests staying who were very noisy, the corridors do echo a bit, not the hotels fault but maybe a notice at the bottom of the stairs asking guests to be quite and respect other guests. I had to eventually get up and ask them to be quite but that went unnoticed despite it being almost 11.00pm.
