Disappointing baths, breakfast, room design

service and food was poor, even in the restaurant

We only stayed one night. Dinner was fantastic, while breakfast service could be improved. The hotel itself was incredibly interesting—having breakfast while looking down at Roman ruins was truly amazing. Our junior suite was clean, beautiful, and extremely comfortable.

Rooms very small with a window on the street not able to sleep for the people noise outside

The people working there are not flexible with any request s (they are not giving a 5 stars service)

Ein wunderschönes Hotel. Sehr zentral gelegen. Besonders beeindruckend wie die historische Substanz des Gebäudes in das Hotel integriert wurde. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant hervorragend. Das Zimmer traumhaft.
