Howard Johnson by Wyndham Williamstown

The location was good, considering the reason for my visit to Williamstown.

The bathroom doors was sticking, but that was not a huge deal. When I told the staff about it, they thanked me and said they would fix it right away.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious.

The motel is dated. It needs updating. Our room had no hairdryer, microwave, or mini fridge. The price was high for the place.

Location

The lady in the office was soooo rude then acted like we were all set to go and as I was ready to walk out she said I had to give her $100 for a deposit incase something is broken or ruined. Or someone smokes in there. But I paid the entire price online. And it said nothing about a $100 that had to be paid at the hotel. I went in to get it this morning and she still had that nasty attitude like people coming to the office is a bother to her. I even tried to talk to her and asked how her days going and she ignored me 🤦🏼‍♀️ The toilet seat was broken and seemed like it was going to fall off and the bed was HORRIBLE! You literally sank into it and the blankets and pillows smelled disgusting like they haven’t been washed in awhile. The Towels and hand towels were super tough and not soft at all. We will never stay at another one do these hotels again.

It was on a scenic route and the staff was fairly nice.

Room was gross! Appeared ok from a distance. Stains on both the top comforter & the one in between the sheets. Some thing that looked like poop was smeared on the bathroom wall near the toilet paper. Both the shower head & spout weren’t attached properly. One screw held chain lock which was falling out of the wall. Surfaces weren’t clean, old water stains were apparent. The dead bolt”continental breakfast” was a joke.

Did not try it.

Things didn’t work, like the toilet.
