Todo el servicio, comidas, personal, animador@s, y la cercanía con playa y centro comercial

Aire acondicionado. De madrugada al parecer lo apagan en habitación a las 3 am y no se puede dormir de sudor. Era el comentario por los pasillos con otros clientes que hablamos. Y que el último día me faltaba una toalla de mano y una de ducha por poner. Éramos 3 en la habitación. Fui a reclamar a recepción, me dijeron me la iban a llevar,pero me quedé esperando

"Comida péssima"

Piscina e boa animação, estacionamento grátis durante a estadia, proximidade da praia.

No dia da chegada o dispensador da banheira estava vazio. O quarto não tinha comando de televisão quando chegámos, tivemos de pedir 2 vezes. Comida com pouca variedade e qualidade… sempre filetes e bife grelhado. Não havia variedade de frutas, só maçã, laranja e pêra. Os cogumelos eram de lata, assim como os rebentos de soja, para um hotel de 4 estrelas não é aceitável. As sobremesas eram todas artificiais assim como os gelados de fraca qualidade. Vinhos de má qualidade, péssima experiência não aconselho.

- Espaço funcional do hotel. - Proximidade com a praia. - Organização e layout interior e exterior. - A disponibilidade dos funcionários. - A higiene geral.

O que podia ser melhor: - A oferta de produtos naturais, nomeadamente fruta e sumos (nativos ou não) no bar da piscina e no buffet do restaurante. - O preço da garagem é um pouco exagerado.
