Overall good value for money, we stayed in a 3bed villa with pool for 7 nights. We did have a very bad experience on the last day when we returned to our room from lunch and found all of our bags had been taken. We went to reception and were told there staff had packed up our stuff and put in storage due to not checking out at 12noon. I said I had organized with someone at reception a few days earlier for late check out at 8pm due to late flight. Staff member told me they would charge me half room rate and I pay at checkout at 8pm. We did manage to get another room on the property till 8pm but it had already ruined are holiday at that point. It was a shame as the villa we stayed in was great and the garden well established. The property could do with a paint and modernization however but then I guess they would charge more?

Internet not working, poor shower, light fixtures falling apart in need of substantial repairs through out

Excellent size rooms, awesome private pool inside the villa. Excellent services, however the property could have been cleaned a little better. But great value for money, and excllent location in the heart of Semiyak
