The location was exceptional with access to a wide range of services including public transport, food and entertainment. The staff were always friendly, accommodating and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again.

The nearby construction noise, however this can't be blamed on the hotel.

Location

Paid extra for view when the view was actually being surrounded by other apartment buildings. Had to sit on verandah overlooked by 100's of apartments, then turn around towards the room to see a glimpse of kangaroo Point! Not as advertised. Also, no tea bags, soap dispenser was empty, no proper blind at the kitchen windows so other apartments could see if interior light was on.

There was a bad smell in room. Clean enough but old. Nobody at the front desk for 10 mins for check in even tho I said I would be there at 3.30. I was on time. Then construction started around 6.00am so loud the next morning. Not notified of this surely could have put us on the other side.
