The Marlo

Spacious and large tv in bedroom, basically a one bedroom apartment.

No shower door and Ac unit only in bedroom

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was not clean at all, and the bedding clearly did not seem to have been properly changed before our arrival. The pillows had multiple visible stains, and one of the beds had a blanket/comforter with a large black mark of unknown origin, which was extremely disgusting. Another major issue was that the front desk closed at 6 PM. When we discovered the condition of the bedding in the evening, there was no one available on site to help us or resolve the issue. We could not request a room change or get clean bedding immediately. The next morning, the front desk told us they would provide a 20% discount as compensation, but we never received it. In the end, Booking.com only offered us a $20 credit from their side, which did not come close to making up for the experience. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the service support was extremely limited, and the value for money was very poor. Based on our experience, the hotel did not match its rating or the price we paid.

It’s perfectly located close to everything in walking distance but quiet area. Great relaxing garden area. Dog friendly. Kids friendly. Pretty and relaxing. Very quiet.

The bed was not very comfy. We both woke up with back pain.

It is so charming with a nice garden area to enjoy coffee and a good book. Great decor in the rooms & parking close to the room.

The Marlo was a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed how it was close to restaurants/shops and how walking through the front/back of the hotel felt like a warm welcome. The room was very clean and bright.

Location was good. Close to main street but not right ON it. Friendly staff when they were "on site."

Had to request more than one towel between two of us. Had to find the missing hair dryer. Broken coffee maker. No one told us that romm would not be serviced or cleaned unless requested. No parking: had to park on street. Friendly staff but not often on site and seemingly unfamiliar with hotel. Management at the end of an "800" phone call only.
