Nice views! Staff okay! Some were really nice others were a bit rude.

Beautiful location. Excellent meals in the restaurant and amazing service. Room was clean and cozy. Unfortunately we were woken at 5.30am by the person in the room who was up and walking around excessively. Otherwise a great stay.

The hotel is in a great location overlooking Loch Lomond, with a footpath under the road leading to the loch, ideal for walks. We had dinner and breakfast and both were very good, beautifully cooked and presented. The room was well presented with a great view of the Loch, and the bathroom was very modern with a fantastic shower. A big plus for me, as someone with balance issues was the provision of a rubber mat for the shower.

Cracking Hotel on Loch Lomond with great Bar/Restaurant options, staff very friendly and quality of food, both dinner & breakfast was exceptional. Remote location so a car a must for this area.

Absolutely loved the Inn on loch lomond! The room was a little small but well laid out, and had everything we needed, room was very comfortable and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, The ensuite bathroom was excellent and modern, the shower was hot and powerful. The restaurant was great, and the service throughout was exemplary! Everyone was friendly and professional. Fantastic service, magnificent location, absolutely loved staying here and would love to again. Highly, highly recommended!

Thought was bit overpriced in comparison with other hotels iv been in majority of staff friendly and efficient. Food was good

Was not aware there is no elevator to assist in luggage. Staff did assist in carrying luggage to room on elevated floor. No air conditioner. No refrigerator in room.( need to store meds). Large dead bug on wall in bathroom. Miserably uncomfortable saggy bed with springs poking into out backs. Unable to sleep due to poor quality of mattress.
