The beach and the center are nearby, and there is plenty of parking space.

The second mattress smelled like urine. The air conditioner also smelled a little like urine. Although that's probably just an LA issue.

Walking distance to Terrace Theater. Desk Service was great!

Breakfast was mostly cold. Keurig was good but the tap water made the Keurig coffee taste awful.. There was no bottled water available... even for sale.
