Location.

Was immediately charged for 2 more people, but did not offer more towels, soap, coffee, etc. Had to go back to the office and tell them to provide the added amenities myself. Room had weird smell. Fold out bed had no sheets/pillows, had to again go back to office. Iron did not work, asked for 2nd, same thing. Clerks spoke very little English and could not understand the issue (with the iron). No lamps, only overhead glaring lights. Loud A/C unit. No hooks in the bathroom. Mattress not good. And to top if off, the people in next room kept us up all night with their banging and making noise. Avoid booking here if you can. Would not stay ever again! Wish I had read reviews first.

Looks to be recently remodeled. Very clean. Did have an overpowering perfume scent in the room. Turned on fan and disappeared some. Overall good stay.
