Royal Inn

Unfortunately we stayed only long enough to get in and ready for bed. Several small bugs in bathroom then noticed more throughout the room. When entering the bathroom a larger bug emerged which was in fact a larger cockroach. Immediately went to office with pictures in hand. Did have to show pictures and then take them back to the room to prove our remarks. Had to call hotels.com directly after AI did not work. Did get our refund.

Terrible accommodations. Short ceiling, dark interior, musty odor, no amenities. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not stay here and avoid it at all costs.

Not a bad place to stop. Was clean.

Great staff!

Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed, location good, and tv channels were good. Love the blue color in the room and happy to know there's a bed bug cover on the bed. Happy to have a fridge and microwave. Would stay again.

Can hear the people next to you and their tv. Hot water takes a while to warm up. Could use some lamps when you want soft lighting. Bright lights over the bed.

Staff was attentative and good humored. And the rooms were spotless when we arrived.

I want my money back checked in and checked right back out and I have been reaching out to booking.com all last night for a refund as I was made to feel like I needed to book a different room and hotel elsewhere. Place was yucky smelly and the staff were so so unprofessional and rude. I'm in the hotel business and I've never been treated like.inwas nor have I treated a guest like that place does.
