The location to the beach as well as the bayfront and the aquarium.

I didnt like the breakfast option. Partly because its nice to have a full breakfast but also there were misleading images on google about what the breakfast really was. So, in seeing those images, I assumed it was a full breakfast but it wasn't. Other than that, loved it!

The view and room was excellent

We had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth Oceanfront Suites and would absolutely return. The location is one of its biggest highlights—just a short walk to the beach. While the access path is a bit steep, it’s definitely manageable and well worth it once you reach the shoreline. The atmosphere of the hotel really fits the coastal setting—relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for a family getaway. Our room was impressively spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Everything was very clean, and we appreciated the abundance of fresh towels provided. Considering the area, the pricing felt fair and in line with what you’d expect for a coastal stay. Even though the hotel was full during spring break—with lots of families and kids—the noise level was exactly what you’d anticipate. Importantly, everything quieted down appropriately during designated quiet hours, which we really appreciated. What truly stood out was the service. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure our room setup worked well for our family, and their friendliness made a big difference in our overall experience. The amenities were also a big plus. The pool and hot tub were both at perfect temperatures, making them enjoyable any time of day. We loved the outdoor fireplace area—it created a cozy spot to relax in the evening. Breakfast was available, and while we didn’t get a chance to try the chowder offered in the lobby at 5pm, it was a nice touch to have that option. Overall, this hotel strikes a great balance of comfort, location, and service. A solid choice for a family-friendly coastal stay.

Fabulous updated room. Super comfy and cute. Love the balcony. The drawers in the nightstand wouldn't stay closed, but otherwise it was a fantastic stay!

This place is amazing. We have stayed twice now and it's the place to stay in Newport. The staff is professional and friendly. A rarity in today's world. The rooms are clean, beds comfy, towels are well stocked, and the view is awesome.

Great value for the clean rooms right on the beach with balcony views. Clean pool area, complimentary dinner/cookies and the consistent breakfast were all reasons to come back.
