"Beautiful and relaxing, we’ll be back!"

Beautiful resort, good sized room and location. Loved the quieter second pool with the beach area and our room on the ground floor that had private sun loungers. Great buffet breakfast and massage at the on-site spa was bliss!

Walls are quite thin and we had a very noisy neighbour. Staff were helpful and offered us a change of rooms.

Loved this clean place! Great facility, amazing staff, perfect vibe, and excellent location. The pool staying open until 10 PM or later was awesome, and playing table tennis and billiards was great fun. Highly recommend

Offered everything you needed so you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to, staff was super friendly and always smiling and welcoming us. The bed was comfy and had some amazing sleeps!

"Would never recommend!!!"

Nothing! We swam in the pool whilst we waited for our room to be ready. We watched as guests dived and carried on around the pool with no staff telling them off, or reminding them of the pool rules (which are posted clearly around the pool areas). The guests were acting dangerously on & off for hours and nothing was said. I approached staff and was politely told they knew the guests were doing the wrong thing but they hadn’t done enough to be told they couldn’t use the pool?? Staff were lovely but it was very clear they didn’t want to upset anyone even at the expense of other guests experiences.

The lack of enforcement of the pool rules so other guests could use the pool safely. The room itself was super basic and boring, beds were hard as rocks and the bathroom was not in good condition. The feel of the room was super disappointing for the money we were charged. We actually asked for a full refund (which we got after over an hour of back & forth with management) and left the property without staying a single night. Would never recommend this place and totally can’t believe people rave about it the way some reviews do??? So many other places to stay in this area that blow this one out the water!

"Great location"

Breakfast choice was ok. We had a problem with our air conditioner and they had to replace it. This meant we couldn't go into our room for a couple of hours. It would have been nice if we had been offered a free drink at the bar while we waited. Deluxe room location nice.
