"DISASTER"

Frontdesk staffs are friendly and trying to help

Myself and my friends family stayed here for 2 nights. The stay was DISASTER. Initially we got room on 6th floor (Room.617), where they claim as renovated rooms on this floor.. In my room, AC unit not working properly and outside wind was cracking through the closed windows. Hotel technician inspected AC unit and asked us to change to other room. Then we got room allocated at 5th floor. At room 506, it is shocking that, from outside of the room, through door peephole, you can watch inside room. Room service didn't clean the room on our stay. The furniture were very old. Bath tub is too slippery and very curved, which made most of my family and friends family fell at bathtub. I NEVER EVER consider this property for my future stays.
