On the first day, we were placed in a room with a worn-out mattress. Just lying on the bed, I could feel the springs, and it caused back pain and discomfort. On the second day, after maintenance investigated the issue, my family and I were moved to another room. However, for the next five days, there was no room service provided. We had to take out our own trash, clean the room ourselves, and make the beds. We also had to repeatedly go to the front desk to request fresh towels and trash bags. On the third day, I spoke with a front desk employee regarding the lack of housekeeping service. He told me the room had already been cleaned. I explained that it had not been serviced, and he stated that if I wanted the beds made, I needed to specifically request it, and that I could always bring the trash downstairs myself. His attitude during the interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional, which made the experience even more frustrating.
